Hi guys,
Did anyone also received this message when trying to connect to the online practice exam: "Unable to load questions. Cannot read property 'Department Number' of undefined"
In add-on - when trying to open the practice exam via the Gmatprep tool, the "Next" button on the right just doesn't appear...
Whatever suggestions?

Hi,
I accept gone through this once while attempting GMATprep showtime time in new blueprint. But, since then, information technology is going fine. During my test it suddenly collapsed and I needed to restart my examination.

Ivam facing the same consequence. Wrote to gmat but at that place is no response. Was anyone able to figure out the consequence, delight share. Would be corking help!

Faced the same issue while giving my showtime online mock...on clicking next question, the page would testify "loading" (with the notebook icon) and I could see the fourth dimension running out...wasted a lot of fourth dimension due to this issue for no fault of mine which probably affected my score too

Guys,
What is the next best alternative. I don't recall GMAC is going to annihilation about this, i still don't take whatever response. Is old version available now or is there any to go it. At to the lowest degree, nosotros can accept the closest mocks if we can get those. Annihilation on this??

I realized that it was the case for me for GMATPrep examination i but not exam 2. So I could practise test ii with no issues. Have not tried 3-half dozen yet; will be doing sometime later in the calendar month.

Hi, Fifty-fifty I am facing same trouble. Error is "unable to load questions".
Did anyone find solution to this issue ?

Hi Anybody,
I faced this consequence also .I wrote an electronic mail to GMAC and called them up, they said they have raised the issue with their tech squad and meanwhile shared a free code with me for exam 5 & six.
In instance someone else is facing the same consequence please call them on their aid line- +1 703-668-9602 (available 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST, Mon-Fri)
Hope this helps everyone else.

I just took the free online practice Exam 1 yesterday. I am trying to review my answers merely unable to practise so.
When I click on the "Review your responses" option, nothing happens.
Anyone else facing this issue? Or doesn't the tool permit us to review responses one time nosotros close a session?

The gmatprep only gives you the OA(official reply) for the solutions you will have to search the answer on gmatclub.

Try logging out and logging dorsum in over again.
